What's the catch with the free preview?
There isn't one. We build the preview on our own time because most people who see their finished website want to keep it. If you don't, we archive it and move on — you'll never get a bill or a pushy phone call.
Do I actually own my website?
Yes. The $399.99 build is yours forever — if you ever leave the monthly plan, you keep the site and we hand over everything you need to host it elsewhere.
What does the $15.99/month cover?
$15.99 a month covers hosting, domain and SSL management, security, backups, performance and uptime monitoring, website fixes, priority support, and 2 updates per month — existing text, photos, hours or services. New pages, redesigns and custom features are quoted separately.
I'm not in Calgary. Can you still help?
Absolutely. We're based in Calgary, Alberta and most of our clients are local, but we work with businesses in every province, coast to coast. The whole process happens over email and text — you never need to meet us in an office.
I already have a website. Is that a problem?
Not at all — it's the most common situation. We'll build your preview as a fresh redesign, and if you switch, we handle moving your domain over with zero downtime.
How fast is "48 hours", really?
